From the main entry way is 165 feet of lineal decking that over looks the lake. The decking is treated wood, sanded, stained mahogany with a see-through rail created by tempered glass and extruded aluminum with baked-on earth tone.
A serpentine road has been added that leads to the southern side of the house, adding another enterance to the house from the kitchen. This road continues toward the lake, for easy access.
The exterior utilizes horizontal perfection cedar siding primed and painted on both sides and then has three coats of the best exterior paint. All window and door surrounds are made of cedar. The soffits around the house are done with tongue and groove cedar. There are outside "high hats" recessed into the soffit at the garage entry, master bedroom suite, athe main entry and the kitchen entry. Additionally there are dozen of motion detecting halogen lights illuminating the serpentine road as well as the property.
The Cabana
